We are looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to take over the reigns from our founder and oversee all entire engineering function of the company and contribute to the development of the product. You will be in charge of a team of innovative and driven engineers and will direct our product and engineer efforts on expand Mintable's marketplace dominance and verticals.

As a member of the leadership team, you will partner with senior stakeholders to envisage and establish the technical vision for the business. Reporting to the CEO/founder, this role will be the backbone of the business and be responsible for the success of the company.

Being in the NFT space, the ideal candiate is required to have a solid understanding of blockchain programming and prior experience scaling a business in a serverless environment.

What you will accomplish:

Formulate the long-term strategy for technological development for the company: product layout plan, roadmap for new product development, plan and formulate the company's long-term technical architecture
Led and manage a team of 15 - 20 engineers to develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
Be responsible for the growth, development and performance of the engineering team, as well as attract, retain and develop high quality talent of the organisation

Rembranft is a complex no code tool for aritists and community owners to create and release NFT collections, and a SDK and API based dev tool for engineers to ease their way of creating custom made NFT collections.

1. NFT Art Wizard 
Without writing a single line of code for a Smart contract, we will let artists build their NFT Art collections. If artists don't already have assets, they must create them with us, upload their existing assets to IPFS, and complete an onboarding form in order to develop their NFT collection through us.: 
1.1: Generating assets and metadata 
From attributes, artists will be able to produce assets. As an illustration, suppose the artist has five different types of heads, mouths, and eyes. Through the use of our tools, 125 distinct images will be produced.
Additionally, the artist will be able to specify how rare an attribute is and how frequently it appears in the images.
In order for marketplaces to know the name of the NFT and other information, they will also be able to define metadata through the form.
Additionally crucial is the upload of assets and metadata into IPFS.Artists will be able to use that feature.
1.2 Generating smart contract ( ERC-721) - Onboarding form: 
The artist must complete the onboarding form in order to enter the information required by our scripts in order for them to create a smart smart contract. Additionally, the artist will have total customization, which will enable him to save on gas costs. For instance, if the artist decides he does not want the Max NFTs per wallet feature, he can skip that field. He can also turn off the feature if he decides he does not want to be able to change the value once the smart contract has been deployed, which will lower the gas cost.
  1.3 Admin: 
We want to make it possible for the artist to fully control his smart contract without having to write scripts to execute the smart contract via Web3, making it simpler for everyone to monitor, change data, and the like.
One of the features will be analytics, which will allow the artist to keep track of the collection's daily, weekly, and monthly analytics. Having knowledge of those who have mined as well as their financial expenditures will aid them in making decisions such as who to assign an airdrop to and other things.





2. Music
2.1 NFT Album Wizard. Creation of NFT collection as a music album via ERC 1155 standard (Similar form like 1.2 Art)
The singer can create a music album where he can specify how many times a specific song can be minted using our no-code NFT wizard.

Example: 

Assume Taylor Swift comes to our platform and wants to release her album Red on our platform.

The first song will be 100k and will cost 0.01 ETH (100k x 0.01ETH).
The second song will be 50k and will cost 0.02 ETH (50k x 0.02ETH).
Song number three will be 30k and will cost 0.03 ETH. (30k x 0.03ETH).

When Taylor creates a collection, it will automatically generate three tokens that can be divided as many times as Taylor specifies during the creation process.

A Royalty fee can be set on each album. 


2.2 Mint on mobile app. Users will be able to download the mobile application in addition to the web application, which will allow them to mine the entire album or each song separately to create a unique collection of nft songs.
The user will pay a set price for each minting that is determined during the album/song creation process.

Play minted songs. It will have the ability to play a specific song or album in addition to a collection of all the songs that the user has minted.

Marketplace. ​​The owner of an NFT song will be able to resell songs as NFT, with the artist receiving a percentage of each sale based on royalties in his wallet.

Social networks. Just as Twitter wants to promote the fact that NFT can be added to a profile, it would be beneficial if integration with some social network was made so that song owners could use their songs in short videos (ex. TikTok).

Why? 
This is ideal for pre-release albums. 

The singer could make a larger profit if he first released an album/song through NFT. One million dollars is equal to 100,000 mints with the price of  $10.
To earn one million dollars from Spotify, he would need to have more than 125 million listens.
Album/song collectors will be able to purchase the songs and sell or keep them later.


 3. Games
Our tool will make it simpler for game developers to enter the decentralized world and produce assets for their games. Then, simpler to connect their games to Web3 with the aid of our SDK, allowing players to use their NFTs in games.

3.1 Creation of NFT collection as a games collection via ERC 1155 standard (Similar form like 1.2 Art). 
The game developer must upload their resources, such as skins, weapons, and so forth. Define the quantity, minting price, and special characteristics for each asset as desired.
Example:
First skin will be 10k and will cost 0.01 ETH, their characteristics are 10% health every 1 hour
Second skin will be 20k and will cost 0.02 ETH and their characteristics is 10 coins in game every 1 day.
Also, the creator will be able to set pre-sale prices and public-sale prices, as well as other features from the form.

3.2 Admin:
As for all other categories, the creator will have full control and analytics from his smart contract.

3.3 Unity SDK: 
To begin with, developers who work with the Unity engine and are unfamiliar with Web3 will be able to connect to the user wallet and smart contract simply, making it simpler to read data and determine which players own which NFTs.



4. Tickets and cards
Events that want to sell or distribute tickets in a unique way, retailers who don't want to print customers' cards with QR codes on them so they can receive discounts when they shop, etc. Through the use of our tool, they will be able to produce NFT collections and enter the decentralized world.
4.1 Image generation
Organizers will be able to upload the appearance of their tickets and add the position where they want the tool to assign us an ID or QR code and enter how many new images they want to be generated.
4.2 Price definition: 
Event planners will be able to choose the category of images from the previous step and define the number of NFTs for a specific condition. Here's one: 
 	1. There will be 50k NFTs at a price of 0.05 ETH to enter the north stadium
                     	2. There will be 100k NFTs at a price of 0.1 ETH to enter the east

He will also be able to customize other options such as arts, music and games.
Shops will also be able to define the number of NFTs under certain conditions
Example:
          1. Card number 1 offers a 5% discount and accumulates points with every purchase; there are 1000 NFTs, all of which are free.
	2. Card number 2 offers a 10% discount and earns 2 points for every dollar spent, totaling 2k NFT and price 0.01 ETH per NFT.

     
    


4.3 Client/Customer validation: 
         Since anyone can create their own collection, add the same image as NFT, and show it to someone, one of the current issues is how to validate NFT in the real world.
Customers will have access to a mobile application through which they can link their wallet, choose an NFT, and, based on the NFT, our API will display a QR code. Customers will also have access to a mobile application that they can use to scan and validate that NFT. After doing so, they will receive its information, which the mobile application will print to the screen if it pertains to the entrance to the northern stand or a 5% discount. We will also have an API that customers can connect to if they want to build their own validators and connect to their systems.

   4.4 Wordpress/Shopify plugin: 
	Given that most purchases currently take place online, we want to enable shops that have NFTs as royalty cards to allow customers to connect their wallets via the plugin to their checkout and, depending on the discount, get the same. With this, shops that only have a wordpress/shopify developer will simply add a plugin and integrate all this without the necessary knowledge of Web3. Only NFTs made through our tool will work through validators.



 






5. Marketplace

All the creators listed above will be able to develop their marketplace without code. They will have complete control in customizing and choosing themes and collections that can be sold on the marketplace. Also, for those who are advanced, we will provide an SDK that will allow them all the functionality needed for developers to develop a marketplace without knowing Web3.

Those who do not want to develop a marketplace, but want to be able to mint on their website, will have SDK packages for Wordpress, Shopify, JS, React, Next, Gatsby and Angular, and the developer will be able to easily integrate wallet connection, NFT minting, display simple statistics example: Minted 10k/ 20k and similar

Yes, as reported by BBC, increasing the lifespan of a garment for around 9 months longer will eliminate its environmental impacts by 20-30% compared to buying the new one.



On a global level, resale is growing 11% faster than broader apparel retail and according to BCG, driven by Gen Z, preowned clothing is expected to make 27% of the average resale buyers’ closet by 2023. In the Balkan region, three months ago, there was no suitable platform where women or men could sell or buy pre-owned clothes. There are only Facebook groups where women post and arrange sales which are very limiting.



Tip-Top is an online application/platform for selling and buying pre-owned clothes and accessories for women. Registering and publishing is free of charge for up to 5 items, with an individual price of up to 100 BAM which makes Tip-Top perfect for promotion and sales boost of small businesses too. In our roadmap, we have set a dozen of additional functionalities and we also plan to launch an online platform for men only.



In the first three months, our website generated more than 120,000 visits, we gained 2,500 Instagram followers, and we had 62 successful sales. Considering the size of the market and the very light marketing tactics we used, we are impressed with the results and eager to see what the future brings.
